Questions we get every week
Do you spray chemicals?
Only when there is no alternative, and we tell you first. Most of what looks like a pest problem in Austin is a watering or mowing-height problem, and we would rather fix that.
Can you work with a water restriction?
Yes. Stage restrictions are the normal condition here, not an emergency. Our planting plans assume them, and an irrigation audit usually finds enough waste to stay inside the limit without the yard suffering.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Maintenance is month to month. If a season goes badly you can stop, and we would rather you did that than stay unhappy.
How much does a typical yard cost?
Weekly mowing on a standard central-Austin lot runs $45 to $70 depending on size and access. Irrigation and planting are quoted after the walk round.
Do you haul away the clippings?
Always, at no extra charge. Bagged green waste left at the kerb is somebody else's problem by Thursday, and usually yours.
